Liquid Chlorophyll: One of my favourite products used specifically to increase the alkaline level in the body. Great for those with chronic conditions and anyone who is not getting enough greens in their diet. Just 1Tbsp/day is all it takes. 500ml - $50
Psyllium: For the sluggish irregular bowel, use this wonderful bulking agent. Add 1 tspn to a glass of water or sprinkle over your cereal every day to increase fibre content in your diet which in turn improves bowel regularity. 250gms - $10
